True Meal Prep offers delicious and nutritious meals!!!!!! The convenience of having True Meal Prep delivered meals at this busy time of year is awesome. They offer a nice variety of foods for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Amazing food and makes meal planning/calorie & macro tracking incredibly easy. No worrying about what's for lunch everyday when I can quickly grab one of the pre-made meals and go. 10/10 would recommend, especially the protein balls!!
Easy, nutritious deliciousness! I love the options for meals that range from exotic to home comfort food. The chicken parm is my favorite! Perfectly portioned and the sauces are amazing. Bonus, as an emPOWERed Fitness client, I get to taste test sometimes!

After hearing friends rave about True Meal Prep, I decided to give them a try and...WOW!!!! I opted for the birthday cake breakfast oats and two custom meals (salmon and flank steak). Everything was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, portioned according to my fitness goals, and the presentation was great. I would highly recommend True Meal Prep to anyone.
